The reservation is definitive only during the validation of the order by the company ELIT. The passenger must then check the accuracy of the information provided (date, time, trip, meeting point).
The journey and the date of the trip must be fixed at the time of booking.
The ticket:
The ticket is the result of the contract between the passenger and the company ELIT It is printable upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail. This ticket is nominative and can not be assigned. The ticket must be presented to the driver before boarding. The passenger must justify before the departure of his identity, which must correspond to that appearing on the ticket.
For a return ticket, the return is no longer refundable from the date of the departure of the outward journey.
In addition, the passenger’s details will be requested during the booking, including the telephone number and the e-mail address. This information may be useful for contacting the passenger in the event of a change in the booked trip. ELIT can not be held liable in the following cases:
– if the customer has refused to give his contact details
– if the customer has communicated incorrect details during the booking
– if the ELIT company has not been informed in case of modification concerning a reservation.
Loyalty card :
The loyalty card is personal. It is valid for one year from the date of purchase. No refund will be made.
Sponsorship Offer
The sponsorship offer is exclusively reserved for new customers , in case of non-compliance with these rules, access to the vehicle may be refused and the sponsorship offer canceled. Offer may vary based on current promotions.
Modification or cancellation
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will have the right to modify or cancel your reservation on our website 48 hours before departure. The ELIT company will have to be notified by e-mail. No refund can be granted after this time.
Any refund request made as a result of a cancellation must be confirmed by mail and accompanied by the original of the unused ticket at the following address: ELIT, Services reimbursement 33 quai Arloing 69009 Lyon.
The refund will be made within 30 days by bank transfer or bank check
The conditions :
You can pay for your trip by credit card or cash directly in the vehicle with the driver.
Schedules
The daytime hours are from 8h to 20h, night hours from 20h to 8h.
Luggage
Luggage must imperatively bear identification tags on behalf of travelers . Passengers are allowed to carry two bags free of charge. In case of extra luggage, a supplement of 5 € will be asked before departure by our driver.
It is forbidden to carry on board illicit or flammable products. Baggage packaging is the sole responsibility of travelers. ELIT declines any responsibility in case of theft, loss or breakage.
Animals
Animals are not allowed on our vehicles.
Claims
If you wish to make a complaint, it must be sent by mail to the following address:

It must be accompanied by the ticket and other supporting documents within 15 days from the date of the default, failing which it will not be processed.

ELIT has taken out insurance with Groupama and Allianz for damages resulting from its professional activity.
The obligations of the passenger
It is forbidden to eat, drink or smoke in the vehicle. It is everyone’s duty to respect the other passengers.
