b) Booking conditions:

If unforeseen events occur, such as congestion, weather-related delays or an accident, etc., it may be necessary to cancel or cancel the trip in question. Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations within 48 hours before the start of the service, we charge 100% of the agreed price for the simple transfer on the route. The cancellation for the return transfer remains free of charge.
Payment Terms:
If no other written agreements have been made, the fee for the service rendered must be paid to the taxi driver immediately thereafter. Account deductions or other deductions are only accepted in the framework and on the basis of written agreements.

Legal validity:
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and those of the entire legal transaction. The ineffective condition is to be replaced by one that comes closest to the invalid condition economically.
