Once you have collected your baggage , we will meet you in the arrivals Hall and take you directly to your resort accomodation in either Meribel or Courchevel.
If your flight is delayed we will wait for you as your transfer is our priority for that day, all we ask is that you text/call us to let us know when you are advised of delays in the UK.
We do not charge extra for early departures and we will be pleased to help with any other queries/enquiries you may have. Childs seats and booster seats are available at no extra charge please let us know your requirements.
We operate 8 passenger seat Volkswagen Caravelles, a Volkswagen Sharan people carrier and a 16 passenger seat Renault Master Minibus. All fully equipped for winter driving conditions. Our vehicles are air conditioned with comfortable seats and plenty of luggage space. Also on board is a cooler of complimentary juice and mineral water, along with free WIFI.
Our minibuses are locally registered so we can use the non motorway routes into the Three Valleys on busy transfer days, we live here year round and have over 20 years driving experience in this region, we know every shortcut.
Our mature drivers are family friendly and are happy to help wherever we can .

PAYMENT
Is due at the time of booking and can be made by . Payment should be made in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, except if the booking is cancelled by meribel transfers.com due to circumstances beyond our control.
CONFIRMATION.
Will be sent via email for you to print out.You should ensure that your confirmation is presented to the driver for both the outbound and return transfer as this acts as your ticket and receipt of payment.
LUGGAGE
Is limited to 3 items per person including snowboard/skis/boot bag. We must be advised of any excess at the time of booking.
NON-SMOKING
In compliance with French Law all transfers are non-smoking.
ALCOHOL
No alcohol may be consumed on our vehicles and we reserve the right to refuse transport to any person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or substances. In this event no refund will be made and you will be responsible for your own travel arrangements.
FORCE MAJEURE.
We can not except responsibility for changes to, or cancellation of, transfer arrangements caused by events beyond our control.
For example, changes caused by war, threat of war, riots, civil strike, stikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, natural disasters, fire, technical problems to transport, closure of airports, closure of roads, adverse weather conditions, heavy snow, avalanche or similar events changes to international transport laws and regulations, beyond our control.
Similarly we cannot accept responsibility for any additional accomodation or flight/travel cost or subsequent loss of wages as a result of these events. Our liability in any of these events is strictly limited to a refund of the transfer cost.
