The company is not responsible for the information indicated by the customer at the time of booking, the customer must report all particularities of the trip, including the starting point, the possible intermediate stages, the final point of arrival, the number customers, any baggage and any other items that may affect the trip or category of vehicle. Customers have the opportunity to estimate the cost of a race on the website, it is an estimate and only the final price established between the two parties by SMS or mail is valid. When booking, the customer gives the information of his journey and receives a copy to inform him about what he has informed. If a change occurs during the trip SARL Chauffeur Lyon reserves the right to invoice accordingly the passenger without it can refuse. The additional payment will be fair and in accordance with our Terms. In addition, if the passenger changes address en route SARL Chauffeur Lyon can calculate between the starting address and the new arrival address.
3 – Price of the chauffeur service Lyon VTC:
The company SARL Chauffeur Lyon sets the price of the service based, in particular, the customer’s requests. Chauffeur Lyon then indicates the price directly to the customer by phone, email or SMS so that the customer can know in advance the price of his service in accordance with legal requirements. The request for information by phone, email or SMS is free and does not engage the customer and the SARL Chauffeur Lyon Company in the requested service.
The minimum fare applicable by the company Chauffeur Lyon is 25 € TTC on the Berline range, below this price the company SARL Chauffeur Lyon does not transfer. The applicable Minimum Fare is not a base price but a minimum fare. On the Minivan range the minimum applicable price is 50 € TTC.
A booking voucher is then published by the Company, the client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided. This sending is done by mail only in order to offer the customer the opportunity to keep track of his request. If the sending is impossible for technical reasons for example, the reservation is considered as compliant with the customer’s request from the moment an oral agreement has been concluded. In addition, the customer will not be able to refuse these general conditions of sale during the service if he did not wish to take cognizance before the service and, if, the reservation is carried out by telephone.
The price communicated to the customers included the VAT at the rates fixed legally for the transport services (20% for the provision and 10% for the transfers), in addition to the VAT the Company Chauffeur Lyon undertakes to guarantee a clean vehicle , meeting the conditions of the service, the service of a driver, the tolls, the fuel, as well as all the costs related to the transport, an insurance compliant in any situation, etc.
The price of the additional services, mentioned exclusively at the reservation, does not concern the transport. Additional sales, such as consumables that can be offered on board, are subject to the current VAT rate of 20%. They will be separated from the Transport Service when billing. SARL Chauffeur Lyon charges an additional 30% off the price of an item displayed in the store. For example, the customer requests a box of sushi at 30 € TTC the company SARL Chauffeur Lyon will charge 36 € TTC.
4 – Modification and / or cancellation of the order:
Once the price of the service establishes between the customer and the Company, it provides a purchase order on which is indicated the entire service in accordance with the customer’s requests and its price inclusive of VAT. When the purchase order is signed the contract is considered as started and these general conditions of sale deemed as accepted.
The customer can cancel and / or modify an order made by phone, email, or any other means made available by SARL Chauffeur Lyon to allow the use of the service before his departure.
Fees may apply in case of late cancellation:
– More than 7 days before the service, it is reimbursed at 100%.
– If the customer cancels between 7 days and 72h days before the arrival of the vehicle at the place and time of departure, the cancellation will result in a cost of 50% compared to the price of the trip.
– If the customer cancels between 72h and 48h before the arrival of the vehicle at the place and time of departure, the cancellation will result in a cost of 75% compared to the price of the trip.
– If the customer has not canceled his order 23h59 before the arrival of the vehicle, that the customer is not present at the departure after receiving the SMS confirmation of arrival of the vehicle or cancels at the moment the driver or the company calls the customer on the phone, the full value of the race will be requested from the customer.
If the payment is made by Lydia, SARL Chauffeur Lyon reserves the right to subtract the payment fees during the refund.
Any changes to the initial quote can be made and billed later to the customer, the company Chauffeur Lyon is not responsible for unannounced expenses related to waiting, change of address, additional stops, parking, etc. The payment of these surcharges will be payable immediately, namely before arriving at the final destination.
In the event of waiting linked to a delay on the agreed care schedule and indicated on the transport voucher previously communicated by email, fees apply:
– From 5 minutes late to 15 minutes, 15 € TTC are charged.
– From 15 minutes late to 30 minutes late, 20 € extra are applied to the first dash is 35 € TTC.
– From 30 minutes until 1 hour late, 30 € extra are applied to the first and second dash is 65 € TTC.
– Beyond 1 hour late, without any call from the customer, the company authorizes to leave the place of care and to charge a total amount of 80 € TTC to the customer.
5 – Regulation:
The company Chauffeur Lyon accepts several modes of payment: cash and bank card. Chauffeur Lyon reserves the right to request a bank account or a deposit at the time of booking the customer this payment can be made by credit card only. The company Chauffeur Lyon is authorized to refuse any payment and this at its discretion.
By providing the bank details, the customer agrees in advance and without condition that the Company proceeds with the secure transaction. The customer therefore authorizes in advance his bank to debit his account at the sight of registrations and / or statements sent by SARL Chauffeur Lyon.
The company does not accept any credit or payment term, any payment must be made before the performance of the service or during additional supplements during the trip.
Gratuities are optional and at the discretion of customers, they are authorized as a thank you for the service provided by its drivers Partners and must be given during the delivery. If, at a later date, a customer wishes to tip one of the drivers, in particular the Chauffeur Lyon company undertakes to pay this amount in full transparency to the driver.
SARL Chauffeur Lyon reserves the right to charge additional costs related to the payment of the passenger. For example, if an international transfer is issued SARL Chauffeur Lyon will collect between 5 and 10% of the invoice amount.
6 – Billing:
The Société Chauffeur Lyon sends the customer, once the service has been completed, an invoice by email on which appears the price of the daily transfer and other characteristics related to the service.
In the case of cancellation of an order that has resulted in cancellation and / or additional costs, the company Chauffeur Lyon also sends the customer an invoice detailing the total amount of cancellation fees applied.
In case of default of payment or for any other means of payment unpaid income the Company Chauffeur Lyon will apply a reminder of the sums due to which will be added a fixed amount of 40 € provided by law.
7 – Obligations and responsibilities:
The service offered by the company consists of a chauffeur-driven vehicle search service corresponding to the customer’s needs. Chauffeur Lyon can call at any time to subcontractors who will be contractually obliged to adopt the quality standards that we have. The company is, therefore, held to a simple obligation of means by implementing all possible means to find a vehicle available as soon as possible, for an immediate reservation. The company can not guarantee an availability under 10 minutes in accordance with the regulations, it can not be held responsible for the delay of its customer if it has not anticipated his departure.
The Société Chauffeur Lyon is required by the regulations to have insurance covering the transport of persons for hire. Passengers are covered for all bodily, material and immaterial damages for any damages they may suffer as a result of an accident.
