Terms of Service
The contract is concluded on the basis of the customer’s order or the completion and confirmation of the web order form on the one hand and confirmation or execution of the order by the VIP-DRIVER GmbH.
Prices and scope of the driving services
The following services are included in the prices offered: Vehicle, maintenance and insurance, driver, fuel
The travel and return journey, as well as standstill or waiting times are among the driving services and will be charged to the customer.
More kilometers and travel times. Parking fees, all tunnel tolls and motorway tolls outside Switzerland, telephone calls and expenses for non-agreed customer special claims.
Night driving between 19:00 pm to 07:00, weekend and public holidays per day, driver’s expenses (from 4 hours use an intermediate catering), hotel accommodation driver per night, child seats and Internet access per day.
Prices and terms of payment
The valid prices are shown in the current price list. The accruing travel expenses are due before the journey. For organized rides, the corresponding order confirmations are valid. These also regulate the terms of payment.
All prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs) excl. VAT of 8.0%. Payments in EURO or US dollars are possible. These are settled at the current daily rate.
These are for the driver voluntarily at the discretion of the customer, as a thank you for a good service and a friendly, attentive service.
Liability for unforeseen incidents
VVIP-DRIVER assumes no liability for events of force majeure. In particular, by forces of nature, congestion, breakdowns, accidents, incorrect collection or destination information by the customer or unforeseeable events that occur outside of our controllability.
Liability of the customer
All VIP-DRIVER vehicles are non-smoking vehicles. Exceptions are not tolerated. Dirt in the vehicles are charged to the customer after cleaning.
When canceling a driving order after the definitive order has been made, the following terms and conditions apply: Limousines, vans and minibuses up to 7 people

Within 24 hours before departure + No Show 100 %
Minibuses from 8 people and coaches
up to 20 days before
departure CHF 50.- 19-10 days before departure 10%
9-4 days before departure 20%
3-0 days before departure + no show (non-arrival) 100%
Working and rest period regulations
Depending on the program, it may be necessary to use a second driver, in view of the necessary compliance with the legal requirements, in particular the Working and Rest Period (ARV) regulations. The max. Driving time of 9 hours and the max. Working and attendance time of 13, (only in exceptional cases 15) hours per working day may not be exceeded.
